Rock Revival Wholesale continuously strives to provide the best reliable

our team of experts work hard to ensure we process and ship orders in a timely manner.
Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed within 1-2 business days
of receipt of payment.
If you selected future products that are not currently in stock, we will modify your sales order according to
the delivery date of the merchandise
arrival and/or cancellation dates and we will follow up with you via telephone and/or email.
Priority and Expedited orders placed before 11:59 AM PST will be processed and
shipped out the same
business day. Expedited or Express orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the next
business day. Orders placed from
Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. The day an order ships does not count as a day in
transit. UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
do not pick up or deliver on weekends.
**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season, you may experience an
extended processing
time of up to 3 business days**
Orders that contain a shipping address that is different from the billing address
may be subject to
Rock Revival Wholesale review, in which case the customer will be contacted for verification purposes.
Please note that this can delay
shipping times. Rock Revival Wholesale cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping when an order is
placed on hold for review or
payment has not been received. Shipping costs are based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
CARRIER INFORMATION
Rock Revival Wholesale ships via UPS, FedEx, or a carrier of your choice.
Shipping rates and
delivery options are calculated based on the total weight of your order and these charges will be added to your
invoice after your order has been
placed.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Rock Revival Wholesale currently only ships to the continental United
States. We do not ship to
APO or FPO addresses.

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be ship UPS ground Service.
Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Other carriers' delivery time may vary depending on destination and speed of
service selected.
Delivery option fees and associated costs for shipments (i.e., Saturday delivery,
A.M. delivery, CODs,
hold for pick up, Re-routing package, and undelivered package) will be charged to buyer.
UNDELIVERED / BOUNCED PACKAGES
Rock Revival Wholesale understands that there are emergencies and when that
happens, we are here to
help.
If you wish to hold your package at a UPS or FedEx Center, re-route your package,
return your package, or
will-call your package, please call or e-mail us to assist you. (Carrier service fees may apply)
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from Rock Revival
Wholesale, you will be
held responsible for the original and any return shipping charges.

Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to
your e-mail account with
a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the courier's website or by calling the carrier you
selected for your shipment.
